Finding Back Nine Nurses has been life-changing for our family - literally! Having gone through something similar with our aging parents, we know how hard it is to find this kind of care for a family member. Back Nine Nurses have been absolute lifesavers for me in taking care of both my husband and my brother. In my husband’s case, we needed to set up rehabilitation for a long convalescence. Deb & Kristen identified a great place and helped me interface with the rehabilitation facility all along the way. This included running interference on Medicare and reimbursement issues, treatment plans, and generally helping make sure that things went very smoothly. Deb & Kristen also helped with planning for my husband’s return home. In my brother’s case, Back Nine Nurses helped identify a Skilled Nursing Facility that would be a good fit, advocated for my brother’s admission, and even helped snag him a private room! They have also been indispensable in making doctor’s appointments for him, even driving him to the appointments and advocating with the providers.

I really feel that Back Nine Nurses is like having your own army of advocates in your back pocket—people who know what’s REALLY going on, can help steer you to the right decision, then help make things run smoothly after the patient is admitted. I’m so grateful for Deb and Kristen!
