Geriatric Care Management
Back Nine Nurses offers professional Geriatric Care Management services for families facing elder care challenges. Our Registered Nurses, certified in both Geriatric Care Management and Dementia provide holistic, coordinated care management. As members of the Aging Life Care Association, when community professionals recommend Back Nine Nurses, they ensure their clients receive professional, compassionate care management throughout their elder care journey.
